I fixed this problem by editing the "fipsld" script to pass the -dso | -exe to the incore_macho
Now when I "FIPS_mode_set(1)" in my iOS app, I get error fingerprint doesn't match error 111. I need to sign my iOS app with the fips fingerprint using fipsld.
