Hi there, It seems that when DHE-related cipher suites are used connection can not be established if the dhparam is not set on the server side. However, when dhparam is set on the server side the connection can always be established regardless of whether it is set on the client side. Of course other parameters are set correct.
I just wonder is it a correct behavior. It would be appreciated if some one could help me to explain this issue. Best regards! -Yijun Wu
