EVP_PKEY_CTX *EVP_PKEY_CTX_new(EVP_PKEY *pkey, ENGINE *e);
EVP_PKEY_CTX *EVP_PKEY_CTX_new_from_pkey(OSSL_LIB_CTX *libctx,
EVP_PKEY *pkey, const char *propquery);
