Team: Following our recent sprint review meeting, I've put together a brief summary that I would like to present to your attention:
*Discussed:* 1) SRS updates/cases that were removed from the SRS before (e.g. subscription purchase based on tenants/quotas) 2) Implemented use cases that were presented in the APS sandbox 3) Plans for the next sprint (coming soon) 4) Our comments regarding the process that need to be addressed, etc. *Plans/Action Items (ordered by priority):* 1) Juan: have a planning session with the team and decide which user stories the team are committing themselves to completing in sprint-2. Update Dmitry with that info at *11 AM (GMT+2) on September 24th.* 2) Juan: go over the user stories that were removed from the previous SRS version and decide which back-end user stories could be added to launchpad/SRS ASAP. Update the SRS/launchpad with that info. Mirantis team needs to be aware of what is being worked on to be able to track the scope/progress. As we figured out, there is no need to implement lots of stuff on the UI side (APS supplies this out of the box), but the business model needs to be developed/tracked. 3) A new version of the requirements document containing all updates (both the ones that were discussed last week + back-end user stories that are being missed) will be provided on *THU, September 25th.* 4) Juan: please be sure to: - commit the OpenStack APS package code to the repository as frequently as possible (every day would be fine); - update the user stories that are in progress on a regular basis (so I can track progress); - have the team update the sandbox with the recent changes more often (so I can play around with everything/monitor progress on my end). 5) Dmiry: render all possible assistance to the Mamasu team in regards to OpenStack/APIs/whatever having to do with that domain. Render assistance with the repository if needed. *Guys, thanks a lot for your good job done so far*. *Please keep the pace, and I am sure we will be on the right track and deliver the project on time.* Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
