Hi stackers, During my work on BP Common testtools wrapper<https://blueprints.launchpad.net/oslo/+spec/common-unit-tests> I've prepared a patch, which adds new file to oslo library. I took tests/utils.py from Oslo as basis and then added few classes from Nova. Could somebody review my patch? The link to review: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/32120/6
