They have all shown an interest in the project, an understanding of
where it should be heading, and perhaps most importantly, they have a
feel for how to maintain a consistent user experience which is
particularly difficult in a project that by its nature of interacting
with the wide variety of Jenkins plugins (all of which have their
idiosyncrasies).
+1 to all. We use JJB heavily and I'm happy to see upstream contributors
to the project.
