I'd like to suggest that we make a final decision around it at the Nova meeting this week. As an aside I think we also need decide exactly what we mean by the v3 API being "experimental" in Havana. Does it mean we might still make some backwards incompatible changes or just that we think the API needs more testing before we bless it. I'd like to avoid pushing off making decisions now just because we think the API is going to be marked experimental in Havana Chris
