I am using the devstack to install the openstack, do you know how to enable the plugin in the localrc file? From the link here https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/NeutronDevstack i did not find something like a "q-nvc" that I can set in localrc file. Any info about how to enable the quantum Nicira NVP plugin will be helpful.
