This is due to boto changed method signature. get_http_connection(host,is_secure)---> get_http_connection(host, port, is_secure) see https://boto.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ref/boto.html#boto.connection.AWSAuthConnection.get_http_connection I open a bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1237825, and I'm not boto expert but submit a temporary fix for this https://review.openstack.org/#/c/50873/ Hope this can be merged or others can help fix this urgent issue ASAP.
