Noorul, Yes, it uses WordPress. The community website will be used primarily as a rally point for attracting new contributors. It will have a blog feature which is currently being configured so the project contributors can publish related content there. We expect to use this site to attract new developers who are not already part of the OpenStack ecosystem.
