Hi Eugene,
LBaaS meeting on #openstack-meeting was previously schedule on
Thursdays 1400UTC. And indeed it is still listed on
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Meetings as such, so I believe keeping
it in that timeslot should be fine.
