The patch to update the XStatic package versions [1] is blocked by a patch to remove nova-docker from the requirements project sync list [2], which is in turn running into issues in the gate-grenade-dsvm-neutron-multinode-ubuntu-xenial job [3].
We need some folks who understand these tests and the related projects (nova, cinder, and neutron based on a cursory review of the failed tests) to help with debugging and fixes.
