Hi Sai, As we discussed at PTG, I've added an option to build image using diskimage-builder tool. The code is not merged yet, please see https://review.openstack.org/#/c/441126/. With this patch shaker-image-builder can automatically switch to do local build using diskimage-builder when Glance v1 is not available. The behavior can also be enforced by --image-builder-mode parameter.
