One of the items discussed was around improving capturing these details and making them easier to find months and years down the road when we've all forgotten. Basically a way to avoid the usual statement of "Didn't we discuss this in $CITY". As part of that, in addition to keeping our etherpads with all the notes, we have started a section on the Cinder wiki to make this info easy to find, with links to specific PTG and Forum notes from each event [1].
