bp is a hard dependency for the integration work.
Searchlight team promised to provide a list of notifications needed to
be transformed so that they can switch to the versioned interface. We
will prioritize the transformation work on the nova side accordingly.

discussed on the ML and on the weekly meeting. Implementation is onging.

New oslo messaging has been released with the needed addition and
global requirements has been bumped.
