Ironic has over 30 supported versions as of Ocata, Nova has even more, etc. * I'm not sure that the governance repo is the right place for this, though I don't have a better suggestion. * if we do put it here, we should do it per deliverable, as some projects may have more than one deliverable with an API (e.g. when nova spins placement out to its own repo).
