Hello, Meher Except checking the sites-enabled in Apache, because single-node installation is mainly for very limited feature development, multi-node installation is recommended: https://docs.openstack.org/developer/tricircle/installation-guide.html#multi-pod-installation-with-devstack
If you only have one node, you don't need to install the second node even if you follow the multi-node guide. You can also talk to us directly through IRC channel #openstack-tricircle in freenode. Both Keystone and Tricircle services are running under Apache, so if Keystone failed to start after enabling Tricircle, I guess there might be some problems of Apache configuration.
