Hi all, For this Queens cycle, we would like to implement Kingbird dashboard so that it can be used as a plugin in horizon using which - Admin can manage quota across multiple-regions and - Users can manage their respective resources (for now flavor, image, keypairs) across multiple regions through front-end.
