Can someone explain me (sorry for the dumb question) why do we force
healthcheck to be positive when deploying TripleO containers?
healthcheck:
test: /bin/true

Instead of real checks?
I probably missed something (it's WIP?) but I found useful to clarify
now, since we're about to release final Pike.
