According to https://releases.openstack.org/ both Ocata and Newton are in Phase II which means "Only critical bugfixes and security patches are acceptable" (https://docs.openstack.org/project-team-guide/stable-branches.html#support-phases). The bug associated with that review indicates it's a medium priority. With that in mind I'd suggest that your review isn't appropriate for backport. Yours Tony.
