At the Queens PTG in Denver the documentation team members present discussed a new retention policy for content published to docs.openstack.org. I have a spec up for review to document that policy and the steps needed to implement it. This policy will affect all projects, now that most of the documentation is managed by project teams. Please take a few minutes to review it, or at the very least have your documentation team liaison do so.
