This is exactly identical to the situation we already have with Gerrit and code contributors. There is no connection between user data in Gerrit and user data in the foundation member database (it's not really the OpenStackID database, OpenStackID is just one component there). A user can choose to enter any E-mail address they like in Gerrit, and we can only advise them to configure their foundation member profile so that it includes that address. -- Jeremy Stanley
