This appears to have been a network related glitch.

'ReadTimeoutError("HTTPConnectionPool(host='mirror.gra1.ovh.openstack.org', 
port=80): Read timed out. (read timeout=60.0)",)’

I would guess it could just be rerun. When someone from infra gets a chance, 
would you be able to reenqueue this job?
