Hi,
Since this will potentially affect the majority of OpenStack projects, I
wanted to give everyone some advance notice. PBR[1] hasn't been
released since last summer, and as a result none of the bug fixes or new
features that have gone in since then are available to users. Because
of some feature removals that have happened, this will be a major
release and due to the number of changes since the last release there's
a higher probability of issues.
We want to get this potentially painful release out of the way early in
the cycle and then resume regular releases going forward. If you know
of any reason we shouldn't do this right now please respond ASAP.
