Hi, Alan! I'm really glad you have mentioned that problem, that was not really covered by OpenStack projects for much time. Our (Climate) team is working on implementing Reservation-as-a-Service. As I understand, you are interested in reserving (managing) virtual resources on a time-based criteria. We are going to have 0.1 release asap (we hope to make code freeze next week).
