Due to bug [1] looks like the req-id of each request will be recorded in context and then LOG.xxx will use the context if not spcified per bug reported, the periodic task seems reuse the context of its previous action and lead to same req-id in the log quick oslo code check didn't provide too much help along with [2] seems doesn't work
