The 1.15.0 release of neutron-lib contains a syntax error in a LOG debug call that was fixed with [1].
We are working to release the fix with 1.16.0 [2]. If you are running into this error [3], it maybe necessary to exclude neutron-lib 1.15.0 and pickup 1.16.0 once we get it released.
