It can be looked up from the API like so:
https://storyboard.openstack.org/api/v1/projects/openstack/searchlight
However I agree expecting users to do this isn't particularly
friendly. Since this was in service of filling out release
management details, I've pushed https://review.openstack.org/600893
for review to support optionally using the project name now that SB
supports querying with it and uses it by default in webclient URLs.
