Hello! I'm amoung people who are working on improvement neutron test coverage. Over work is cooperating on etherpad page https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/icehouse-summit-qa-neutron. Meanwhile some reviewers ask for blueprint or bug report to be associated with change. That's why I created this blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tempest/+spec/improve-neutron-test-coverage. So everybody who has the same questions can use link to this blueprint in his commit message (partially implement bp: improve-neutron-test-coverage). It is not necessary if you has good progress on your change and do not want to change commit message. This also could help to avoid duplication in work that sometimes happens.
