Hi Oleg, thanks for submitting it. It's too late for 5.0 release, as we reached Feature Freeze. But it's certainly the thing we want to see in 5.1. With accordance to https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/FeatureProposalFreeze, we are concentrated on bug fixes now, and a few exceptional features only.
