I'm trying to tackle this bug
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/climate/+bug/1304435). The options that I'm
considering are:
1 - Add the project_id query parameter to the leases API
2 - Use the X_PROJECT_ID header
I prefer the first option, but I would like to know if there is a
general OpenStack approach for implementing this. BTW, I'm planning to
apply the same criteria for making queries for Domains.
