Hachem, Were you looking for a pre-existing javascript library? I'm not familiar with one, but someone else might chime in. The OpenStack APIs are all ReST / JSON and should be easily consumable from a client side.
You might want to look at / ask the Horizon project. They are the UI for OpenStack and may be able to better answer you question. You can direct a message to them by including [Horizon] in the subject of your email.
