Several developers are working on different aspects of Neutron DB migration. I thought it would be good to have a meeting at the summit where we can discuss the issues and come closer to converging on a solution.
I was thinking maybe a time on Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would work. I have created an etherpad [1] where I have tried to accumulate the emails, bugs, bps and code proposals.
