Hi all! Dmitry called it to my attention last week that we lacked any official guidelines on bug tags, and I've just gotten around to following up on it. I've created an official list in launchpad and added that to the OpenStack bug tag tags list wiki page here: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Bug_Tags#Ironic
