Hi oslo.messaging gurus, When we're debugging a ceilometer bug #1320420, we find that for the oslo messaging notification listener, if we have multiple endpoints registered through oslo.messaging.get_notification_listener(), and one of the endpoints raise an exception, that would stop all other endpoints processing that notification. Is it designed so purposely or is it a bug?
