Indeed, bootstrapping anything is always like this. I agree with the suggestions given so far: - start small, agree on specs/epics/stories and get some running code first - merge to stackforge as soon as possible so you get CI and also leaner path to OpenStack integration (if that's part of the future) For the 'conflict of interests' we all have them.
