Hi List,
I have created a new wikipage with the goal to document the steps
needed to setup DevStack with Manila on F20. Added some troubleshooting
tips based on my experience.

Pls have a look and provide comments, if any.
The idea is to have this updated as and when new tips and/or corrections
are needed so that this can become a good reference for people starting on

under `Fedora 20` link and removed the F19 link that was present before
which is now outdated.
