I had occasion to walk through all of the archives of the openstack-dev
mailing list and it dawned on me that neutron sub-projects aren't as
regular in posting summary messages of IRC meetings to the ML as they could
be.
I'd like to suggest that going forward, sub-projects post a summary email
of an IRC meeting to the ML with a note of anything that was agreed in the
meeting and include a link to the meeting minutes and transcript.
