A few updates regarding the driver:
1. Spawn refactor. This is coming along very nicely. It would be great if
the following patches can get some TLC (this will enable us to start working on
the next phases - finish spawn treatment and upgrading code to work with
oslo.vmware):

2. ESX driver deprecation:
* https://review.openstack.org/101744 - this will enable a setup using
the ESX driver to upgrade to the VC driver
* https://review.openstack.org/#/c/108854/ - ESX driver deprecation -
this needs a few additional eyes
