I am pleased to nominate Thai Tran and Cindy Lu to horizon-core. Both Thai and Cindy have been contributing significant numbers of high quality reviews during Juno and Kilo cycles. They are consistently among the top non-core reviewers. They are also responsible for a significant number of patches to Horizon. Both have a strong understanding of the Horizon code base and the direction of the project.
