So to recap, it seems to me the plan is to keep all Oslo lib with
Python 2.6 so we don't have any transient dependency problem with stable
in the future. In this regard patch
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/130444 seems to be in contradiction
with what has been decided, I wonder why it has been merged?

I pushed https://review.openstack.org/#/c/137321/ to bring it back.

Please people make up your mind. ;)
