I've run into a set of use cases where it would really be useful to be able to restrict which external networks a particular tenant can access, along the lines of the wiki page [1] talks about..
When I checked for neutron blueprints, the only thing I found was [2] and that isn't really close. So, I'm wondering if there is a blueprint that I missed when I went searching or if there are folks that would be interested in seeing along the lines of [1] getting implemented...
