Many of you may have gotten in the habit of copying the contrib/devstack
folder in order to make Manila work with Devstack.

Once the above change merges, that method of installing Manila with
Devstack won't work anymore. Valeriy was kind enough to include
instructions on the new method in the commit messages of his change:
