I think in last couple of months quality of the meetings degraded and conversations switched to other channels. One of the reasons I find particulary annoying is last changes to agenda, often unexpected and surprising. To fix that we need to plan in advance. I would suggest putting things in agenda once they come up, e.g. during other discussions, 1on1s, etc. I also think it would be beneficial if we define purpose of this meeting.
