Hello OpenStackers!
To meet the requirement of an officially elected PTL, we're running elections
for the Group Based Policy (GBP) PTL for Kilo and Liberty cycles. Schedule and
policies are fully aligned with official OpenStack PTLs elections.

same page for GBP elections [1], additionally some more info in the past
official nominations opening email [2].
Timeline:
Till 05:59 UTC March 17, 2015: Open candidacy to PTL positions March 17, 2015 -
1300 UTC March 24, 2015: PTL elections
To announce your candidacy please start a new openstack-dev at
lists.openstack.org mailing list thread with the following subject:
"[GBP] PTL Candidacy".
