All of these patches are only bug fixes, so that's good for me.
So if others agreed, I can release 1.8.2 with these changes once they
are landed.
We don't have any other changes pending in kilo branch for now.

frozen (>=1.8.0 < 1.9.0), however, ZeroMQ driver is able to run on
1.9.0 release. The result is that you cannot deploy ZeroMQ driver

So I try to backport 4 recent reviews [1-4] to stable/kilo to make
