Before we’ll be able to do that across all projects, we need to do it for all of the libraries and create new releases with the new requirements. We have temporarily removed the library projects from the automatic requirements syncs so we can modify their requirements independently, and we have some patches up to uncap requirements in master [1].
Please push those changes through so we can release the libraries early next week, merge the change to uncap the requirements elsewhere in OpenStack [2], and then restore requirements syncing to the libraries [3].
