For Keystone v3 API, we *need* 1.0.3 at least if we want to have our new
providers working[2], it should be in UCA soon. Fedora will have the
right package too.
Looks like RDO kilo now has python-openstackclient 1.0.3. I've been
using that since last night and it has been working fine.
I'm helping Rich to test the feature with
