Travis has been an active member of the Security project for a couple of
years he’s a part of the bandit subproject and has been very active in
discussions over this time. He’s also found multiple vulnerabilities and
has experience of the VMT process.

i'm not a core member, but Travis is very knowledgeable about the
security domain and has been welcoming and helpful. he would make a
great addition.
