Sounds pretty awesome. Just one note that we should maybe put some references into a devref section so people coming in could just see how they can help.
Also, I have a pending action to document some low-hanging-fruit actions for helping with logging and notifications. I'll draft that out in the etherpad, but in the meantime, if people want to help on that specific subject, they can just ping me on IRC #openstack-nova (bauzas)
